We offer a standard and next day delivery service to all UK Addresses using a different mailing services such as Evri or Royal Mail.
All orders are processed within 2-3 days working days as this is a small business.

For all orders, customers will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation email. This will include all shipping information including any tracking information when your order has been dropped off.

R E T U R N S P O L I C Y

We hope that you enjoy your ATLEY products however, if you wish to return your items you are within your statutory rights, in accordance with this returns policy to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days of purchase we will not be able to complete any returns after that. This also includes your right to cancel your entire order under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We understand what shopping is like- sometimes something just doesn't work for you and that's ok! So we are more than happy to return any products, subject to the guidelines below. Please always the returns section on your product page for this item for more information on your returns. Always remember that the item(s) you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach us so please ensure they are packaged properly to avoid any damage along the way and if possible get proof of postage or tracking incase any issues arise along the way of postage.

If you wish to return your products but due to circumstances you can't meet the timeframes, send us an email and we will organise an extension for you.

How to return an item
1. Returns made under the return policy must be made.
2. Items to be returned must go to the processing a return tab and fill out the form with the required information.
3. An e-mail will be sent to you with the returns label.
4. The product can now be bagged up and dropped off at your local depot with the returns label attached.
Processing Returns
1. Once the return has been received, we will check the returned item and process the return as long as the item has been return in the same condition that it left (See Original Condition). We will then confirm this by sending an email to confirm that it has been accepted.
2. You will receive a refund via your original payment method usually within 14 days from the accepted return email due to us being a small buisness.
If the item returned or your returns procedure does not comply with the requirements set out within this returns policy:
1. We will let you know that your return has not been accepted.
2. We may offer a reduced refund (if the item does not comply with our returned products policy)
3. You will have the option to take the item back (please note you may be required to pay for shipping if necessary)
Original Conditions

All clothing must be returned with all labels and tags still in tact

Any damages that have been inflicted by the customer i.e. Stains, rips or tears

All items must be in it's original packaging

All items must be unworn/ no seals should be broken for hygiene purposes

Entitlement to a refund
When a return is made the following requirements and procedures set out in the returns policy; a customer is entitled to a full refund of the price you paid for the item(s):
1. This will take into account any discounts that were applied at the time of purchase.
Once the return is processed and has been received.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the purchased item for another item (e.g. the same product in a different size or colour) you may return the initial purchase by following the returns process (as stated above) once the return is received the new order will be sent out.
